Withdrawal limits by VIP status
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits increase as you progress through the VIP programme. Your status is determined by your activity over the last 90 calendar days and automatically resets to the lowest level after one month without active bets.

Withdrawal processing times and conditions
Withdrawals are processed within three business days (Monday to Friday, 6h00 to 17h00 GMT) after submitting your request. Withdrawals at the weekend are not processed.
To be able to withdraw, you must meet a minimum turnover threshold: your bets must reach at least the amount of your last deposit. A minimum monthly spending threshold of 20 € is also required to approve withdrawals.

- Client funds are held in separate bank accounts and protected in case of insolvency
- Withdrawal with a commission: 10% (minimum 0,50 €) if your turnover is below your deposit
- Additional commission of 15% for early withdrawals by bank card or bank transfer
Identity verification (KYC)
Verification is mandatory before or after deposits and withdrawals. Quickwin will contact you with the required documents if necessary. You have 30 days to submit the requested documents; after this deadline, your account will be blocked and all funds will be lost.
Document processing typically takes 10 days following complete submission. Additional security checks, such as telephone verification or facial recognition, may be requested as needed.
